Digitalization causes enormous changes in many parts of the healthcare sector. Clinical staff make good use of smart software tools in therapy planning or quality assured documentation. Researchers utilize advanced AI methods for big data applications. Hobby sportspersons use generic mobile applications for documentation and basic analysis of their exercise activities.


The consortium is happy to announce that has proceeded with the first design of the Artificial Intelligence (AI) models that will be used in ONCORELIEF for predicting a patient’s quality of life. CERTH, SUITE5 and EXUS, in close collaboration with the medical partners, have had a consensus with regard to the features that will be used to train the Machine Learning (ML) models.


The Consortium is happy to announce that the implementation of the first prototype of the ONCORELIEF platform has begun and is expected to be delivered until the end of July. It follows a meticulous design that considered a complete set of requirements that meet the initial functionality to be provided to the platform users, namely, the cancer patients, their caregivers, and the Healthcare Professionals.
